1. Courier Service

  • All orders are shipped via Aramex Store‑to‑Door for reliable delivery across South Africa.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on location.

  • Remote or outlying areas may require additional time.

3. Shipping Costs

  • A flat shipping fee applies per order, calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure details are accurate.

  • CraftsWithRose is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, absence of recipient, or courier issues beyond our control.

6. Risk & Responsibility

  • Risk passes to the customer once the parcel is handed over to Aramex.

  • CraftsWithRose is not liable for loss or damage after dispatch, but we will assist customers in lodging claims with Aramex if necessary.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, CraftsWithRose ships only within South Africa.
